In school we study a number of subjects namely English, Gaeilge, Maths, History, Geography, Science, SPHE, Religion, Physical Education, Poetry, Computers Work, Music, Art and Projects. In Computers we learn how to type and how to email and surf the internet safely and properly. There is at least one computer or laptop in each classroom.

In S.P.H.E our school are studying a Stay Safe program which teaches the students to stay safe.

Every class have done a number of experiments in science each year. Fourth, fifth and sixth class have planted potatoes and have been watching the potatoes very carefully to see how our first crop will grow.  First, fifth and sixth class has been recording the temperature every day since the start of the New Year.

At least once a week every class does art using recycled paper and other materials.

The whole school goes down to the church for special occasions such as communion, confirmation practices, and Christmas. Our local Parish Priest, Fr. Kehoe, comes to the school regularly for confessions, on Ash Wednesday and for the feast of St. Blaize to bless our throats.
